- Tell us something.: I just bought my first tin whistle, a forest green Sweetone a few weeks ago, and am trying to get tabs/fingering for "Somewhere Out There" from An American Tale, as I'm having trouble figuring it out on my own. There will probably be other tabs/fingerings I'm looking for as well; this forum was the first result from a Google search, so I figured it'd be a good place to start.

Hello, new to the forum. I recently picked up my first tin whistle, a Sweetone. I've only been playing a few weeks so far; no professional tutoring, just whatever I can figure out on my own or by watching tutorials online. I've been able to figure out a few songs on my own, but I'm struggling with a certain few. Anyone have tabs/fingerings/whatever it's called for "Somewhere Out There?" I get about 12 notes in before I get stuck. Ideally, the movie version here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an0j7_zu9vI) as opposed to the Linda Ronstadt/James Ingram version, if that makes a difference. I've found a lot on YouTube, but I can't seem to find anything for this one. Thanks much! -Paul
