I have enjoyed the Online Academy of Irish Music. They have a few online classes for free and then charge $20 a month for all access. You can go at whatever pace you like and they go into detail on ornaments and breathing. You print out the notes and get MP3 files you can download to your itunes, but most importantly have you learn the tune from the tutor by ear. It seems like a great combination. And if you have an hour a day you can make quite a bit of progress for you $$s.
