Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the Memorial. Any reports from those who did?

Best wishes.

Tell us something.: Well, I've been a contributor and visitor to this site since 2001. At one time or another, one of my photographs was the opening page photograph. My teacher was Bill Ochs. I play the Penny Whistle. Not a lot else to say.

Hello Steve:

I was unable to attend the service myself, partially due to some ongoing medical treatments I was undergoing at the time and partially due to my inability, apparently, to
mark down the correct date, which miasma I see as a side effect of the treatments themselves. It is with a measure of additional sadness that I look back on my failure to be there. I was able subsequently to speak to Margaret at some length, for which I am most grateful. There is a giant sized hole in the world of whistles right now, one that may only be filled by the passage of and in the fullness of time.

Rest and Be Thankful,

Tom Dowling
