There is. I have in the past downloaded streams from TG4 ( Doireann Ní Bhriain's lovely early 80sHand me Down programs on Seamus Ennis, Josie McDermott etc).I wish there was a way to download program.
Video downloadhelper in firefox will do it (and yes I checked, it started a download for this one when I tried before posting).
