Holifield Low D whistle tour

Hello all.
I have been introduced to the idea of staging a UK whistle tour. I have to admit I had not heard of this until today but I think it might be a good idea (he said cautiously).

So. I am looking for a list of 10 or so people who would be willing to take part.
Once I have the 10 I will send the whistle to the first on the list with the instruction to keep the whistle for a week play it and assess it then post it on to the next person on the list.
Each person will be required to post their appraisal on this thread.

I have never tried this so please bear with me if it's a bit clunky to start with.

Please don't think you have to be an expert player, all opinions are welcome and valid.

Hey Norm,
I'd definitely be up for taking part in the whistle tour! Think I bought the first whistle you sold on eBay and reviewed that a while back, it's still my workhorse, thanks a bunch for a great whistle. Am based in Cornwall and I'd love a chance to see what the low D is like

We have five willing volunteers so far. I was thinking of going to ten. So five places left.
