Sorry for being reviving an old thread. But I would like to know if someone has put a mark I Feadóg head on another barrel. Would it work fine on a Feadóg Pro nickel barrel?

That works perfectly fine (I just tried). But I add to that, tonally it is not the same and perhaps it is slightly happier sounding on its original tube.
