Shoppers step over woman dying from stab wounds.

That's incredible. I can see something like this maybe a few hundred years ago but I'd like to think that we are no longer that indifferent to a stranger's suffering.

The Italian Power Metal band, Elvenking , uses whistles or a similar instrument in a lot of their songs. You can usually hear them in the background but some songs, including the intro to their first album, are done almost exclusively with the whistle. Since they're going for a folkish feel, the whi...

Heh it seems I was almost sorta right. :D

Though I got everything mixed up. That's cool I didn't know that Northern Winter is actually the point at which we are closest to the sun.

I'd be the most irate person imaginable without A/C. Every summer I think that I should be living much more norther of where I am right now (New Jersey). The summer does nothing for me. I just can't enjoy warm weather. I burn easily and feel all slimy and gross. Going to the beach for me is just a h...

Meh yeah I could go on a whole shpeil about Vista too but you guys have pretty much covered things. If there's one thing I hate about M$ in general it's that the newer the OS the more they feel they have to baby you through every little thing. I hate eye candy and excessive prompts or just a clutter...

I'd like to go if I could. July 29th sounds good to me sofar. Though I'm quite new so I hope you don't mind he just sitting and listening most of the day. If you're still trying to figure things out by location I live in northern New Jersey but no big deal I'm willing to travel a few hours if need be.

I was severely disappointed by the time I finished the movie. My wife and I spent several weeks watching the show, and then it that was it! There are far, far too few episodes. Afterwards I thought I'd show my wife Farscape, only to find that the DVDs are next to impossible to find. Apparently a ne...

Cool thanks for the input sofar. I just got a batch of cheapies in the mail yesterday. Picked up an Acorn at a local music store. Got two Feadogs and a Clarke in the mail. I must say I find the Clarke quite a challenge after learning for so long on a Feadog. Way more air is required though it does h...

2nd Whistle

So after having broken my original Feadog   and upon recieving my first summer paycheck I thought it would be a good time to finally start playing again. I started by ordering a few cheapies from ebay just so I can have extras incase something breaks again. But for my serious second whistl...
