One of things I hate the most about flying are the carryon bags that people bring. Crikey. I definitely feel a bit less safe these days on packed planes with such poundage above. Guilty, m'lud. I'll second the Si Bheag, Si Mhor as a great tune for beginners. I got a whistle at ZoukFest last month and that was the first tune I learned top to bottom. I'm now moving up to Rakes of Kildare/Morrison's, Swallowtail, and some other more seisiun-friendly tunes.
