Hey all,

Anyone in the Austin area, or a bit further away, that is willing to teach me how to make reeds? Also where do you all recommend that I pick up the tools. I have a reed making kit that I got from my pipemaker, however I have absolutely no clue where to start.

I bought these to try in my Tom Aebi 1/2 set, however they do not all fit in my drones. I tried the bass for about ten minutes. Just trying to get a little bit of money back, as I cannot use these at all.

I bought these to try out in my half set from Tom Aebi. Only the bass drone reed fit. It has less than 4 minutes playing time on it. I'm sticking with my original reeds.

Hey all, I have a set of MacLellan Great Highland Bagpipes made out of Cocobolo. Stocks are POLY, but they don't crack so that is a plus. Mounts are imitation ivory, and the ferrules are aluminium. Selling as sticks and stocks, no chanter. I can add a bag, but that would cost extra. Buyer plays ship...

Tommy Martin chanter, rosewood and imitation ivory with brass ferrules. Comes with a reed. I have less than 10 hours on it. I have barely played it, it's my backup chanter that I never needed.
