Hi . the other is sold, although I will list more.
Here is the river cane one, which I think sounds sweeter, but the cane is not as tough as the bamboo. Long as you don't step on it, you will be ok LOL

Ok, maybe you can clear my fog. I think this is easier than my brain is trying to make it to be. If I want to improve. on my D whistle,,, what chords would the guitar play? would it still be 145 D G & A , and then whn using the same whistle but in G would it be G C & D?? what about minors? I...

thanks both of you, Me & wife are having fun with our little whistle duos, I thought Id try to learn the bodhran and sneak it in,,, then maybe she can "beat the goat" as you say for me. Im 52 & shes 43 , no kids at house, time to enjoy our semi golden years.

Thanks Feadoggie, Ive considered making one, Ive got 2 oak rims Ive bent in the garage, but they are 11&12, I know I need bigger,, rim bending isn't too bad if you have a steamer{I do } and a form, Id need to make a larger form, for a bodhran . what size width & depth do you suggest? thanks ...
