Nice quiet chanter, ideal for playing with a flute or fiddle - or if you have sensitive neighbours. Easy to reed on hobby tubing.

It isn't SUPER quiet, you can hear it holding it's own with my wide bore drones.

For some reason I can't seem to edit the post subject.

I've found that beginners often play the first octave with insufficient pressure. I try and play the whole shebang with a fairly even pressure - just less than breaks back D. First octave tone comes with pressure. Also, your future regulators will thank you.
