Re: A good whistle for Rennaissance Fair playing?

Your best bet for a Renn style may be a Sweetheart Onyx The Onyx doesn't look or feel techno at all. It would also be less temperamental about climate. It is comfortable to play and sounds very traditional. Deb Look ok to me too. . :D http://www.swankini.com/index.php/sweetheart/sweetheart-onyx.html

Naja, ich wurde einmal von einem blutsaugenden Schwytzerdütchsprachigen Vampyr bei einem schäbigen Gasthause in Zürich gebissen, und seitdem bin ich nicht ganz zurecht. (O...

Re: Joanie Madden Nomination for Greatest Whistle CD

So true Narrowdog; I guess for me, she plays the type of music I can sit down and listen to for awhile. While I can appreciate admire and learn from say Micho Russell, I just can't sit and listen to his CD for more than a couple of tunes at a time and it just doesn't "send" me in the same...

Re: Re:

....but thing I really wanna try out is.................A LOW WHISTLE. My fingers are quite thin, but not too short, all in all I guess not perfectly ideal for a low whistle, but I must try it. Re: The Youtube thing..

My pleasure. Fred Rogers' program in my eyes was the most important program for children (and adults) ever. It's influenced me deeply.

A must have:
