This tunes was composed by the Crickard brothers, two fiddlers from Antrim who were busking in Paris in the eighties - they've recorded there an album name Dalriada : musique traditionnelle d'Irlande with this tune where Mark played a bamboo flute and Philipp the fiddle. I play on a François's flute D Blackwood and keyless.
I'm very satisfied a strong low register and a high register rich in harmonics

Bleazey yew wood

Hi Free Feet,
I believed yew wood toxic. Does the wood had a treatment ?

the whistle is very beautiful, does it sound like the other Bleazeys ?
