Re: Testing the Waters

Would you accept a 19-month old child in exchange? He is cute as a button. He doesn't talk, yet, which is a form of blessing since the almost-4-yr old never shuts up. He has all his shots. :D I don't want to know how much this set is worth. It will make me cringe. I've got two of my own that I woul...

Re: Testing the Waters

You know... Every time I consider selling my set I get cold feet. Usually, I'll end up going home, strapping it on and playing it, which usually results in me thinking "how could I ever consider selling this?!?!" and "Now I remember why I bought these things in the first place!" ...

Re: Testing the Waters

:poke: Hello, I'm bumping this message back to the top of the list to see if anyone here might be interested in purchasing a Neil O'Grady full-set. The set is in fantastic condition and plays without any problem. If you are interested, please PM me with any questions you might have. I have not made ...

Testing the Waters

Hi all, There is a slight possibility that I may offer for sale my Neil O'Grady full set, possibly to finance a new half set. The set was purchased as a half set in 2001 and later upgraded to a full set. It is in perfect playing condition and I have extra chanter, drone and regulator reeds. I was wo...

Thanks!

Bumping this back up to the top.

The gig in Halifax has broadened their request to include any non-GHB pipers (i.e. Northumbrian, SSP, etc.).

Please PM me if you are available or know anyone who is, during the dates shown below.

Thanks!

Hi,

Could any Uilleann Pipers in the Halifax, N.S. area contact me via PM regarding a possible gig? I am looking for someone who would be available to play off and on between June 23rd and July 9th.

Thanks a lot!

I bought my copy at the Archambault music store on the corner of Berri and Ste. Catherine here in Montreal about two years ago. I actually found it in the recorder section!!!! If I'm not mistaken, I think I saw another copy there recently. Now, when I shop at Archambault, I always check the recorder...

FS Nearly New Seagull S12+ 12-String Guitar

Hi! I'm selling a barely used Seagull S12+ Acoustic Guitar. This guitar is highly rated. Search for reviews and you'll see! Selling it simply because it doesn't get played often enough. No case is included. Looking to sell in the Montreal area if possible. http://www.seagullguitars.com/products12%2B...

Hi Patrick, Well, no dark secrets... I'm just a dabbler on guitar (acoustic and electric), as well as on mandolin, trumpet, flute and a few other assorted instruments... pipes and whistles included! Recently, I have been entertaining the notion of trying out harp... time will tell where that notion ...

12 String

Hi PJ, I have been tossing around the idea of selling my 12 string guitar for a while. However, it's 100% acoustic, not 'semi' as you indicated. It's a Seagull S12+. You can see one at: http://www.seagullguitars.com/products12%2B.htm I find that it holds it's tuning very well, and it sounds great. I...

Stolen Pipes (Non-Uilleann)

Hi everybody, Recently, 3 sets of bagpipes were stolen in Lennoxville, Quebec. The details are as follows: 2 sets of Walsh pipes – 2 drone version, one light colored and one dark.
