eBay: Michael Grinter keyless flute in D 7/2 DONE

I'm culling the instrument herd again to pay my tuition bills. First up is this Grinter keyless flute in D, which I bought from Sean Gavin several years ago. I'm unsure of the exact age of the flute, but I'd guess that it's 10-15 years old. It plays very nicely and is in great shape (the only flaw i...

Re: Top players....which flutes?

I noticed the shift down too -- MT, I have no idea why but they were playing with a piper for a while while the box player was off having a baby, so I thought maybe that was the reason. Re: Midwest Fleadh 2009

It's always stumped me as to why for as long as i've been involved with irish music (going on 15 years now) that the midwest fleadh has NEVER been hosted in CHICAGO. Nothing against detroit or st. louis, but, hello, there's alot of ITM taking place in Chicago. And last time I checked there's a fari...

I've heard that if you mark the package as "returned goods" on the customs form they won't charge you import duties on it's trip "back" to the UK. Does anyone know if this is true?
