Put me down for Europe, please. I'll do you a thorough and objective video review. Like Tommy, I'd say one instrument should suffice as a low whistle sampler. It's great to see tin whistles being played all over the world - I wasn't aware of any Russian whistle makers before. Although I do recall there is a Chinese one...
