Any Irish flute/whistlers in Maine? Especially Bangor??
Just wondering if there is ANYONE else out there from the greator bangor region of Maine, USA. Yeah, I know, it's the sticks, but I'd like to find some real Irish flute players to help me get better... hard from just cds and books.. and I'd love to find sessions...

On the plus side, you guys and some other sources have fairly turned me off to the Pakistani flutes... Although it varies a bit by maker, mainly the 8 hole just allows you to poke the cat from farther away. Not necessarily a bad thing. That's hilarious... Yeah....Tipple's plans are the ones I used..I know that I play better than it does because it won't consistently hit notes I know it should be hitting.
