Trad Pubs in Dublin

Hello,

Making a trip in June to Dublin and want to pop in at REAL Trad pubs - not tourist traps like Temple Bar.

Anyone care to make a quick run down of great trad pubs in Dublin City?

Thanks in advance!

FS: Rob Forbes Flute SOLD

Excellent delrin flute in D made by Rob Forbes. Comes with pouch to store or travel with made by Rob Forbes. What's wrong with it? Me! I can't play the flute very well at all. No dents or scratches. Re: Overheard this Morning ... Draw Your Own Conclusions!

Wow.

If you look at the second photo, the chief excutive officer for "Halifax", does not even know HOW TO HOLD or PLACE HIS FINGERS on the bagpipe itself !!!

How can any news organization give any air time at all for this rubbish? :boggle:

Forbes Flute Question

Hello to all - I ordered a flute from Rob Forbes a while back and at that time he estimated it should be ready by mid June.

I sent him 2 unanswered emails and was wondering , does anyone have his phone number?

Please PM me with it.

Thanks!

Re: FS: Chieftain Tunable Low D whistle

Hello Talbert- are the whistles for sale the new V3 or an older version? A clear photo will be a deciding factor.

Cheers!

Low D Sound Samples

I am looking to buy a Low D and narrowed my decision between the Alba Vibe, Chieftain V3, and Ceol Pro by Ethnic Winds.
