Keyless Olwell Pratten for sale -SOLD

I'm selling a keyless Olwell Pratten made from African Blackwood. The flute is only several months old. It has a “French-style” tuning slide, also called half-lined in sterling silver where the tubing does not project into the embouchure area, which I feel gives it a more responsive feel. The body o...

Paddy Hyland - pipemaker

Friends, I just want to put up this link to a few videos of a set of pipes made by a new pipemaker, Paddy Hyland from Laois, Ireland. The pipes played here are Paddy's first 3/4 set, the regs are the first set of regs he ever made, they are the prototype. The pipes are really good and Paddy is a gre...

Re: pipes maker?

The chanter she's playing is made from laburnum by Paddy Hyland from Laois. He's a new maker, only been making pipes for about 3 years and only started selling a few months ago. I have a fantastic 3/4 set in ebony from him, his first 3/4 set, it'd be hard to find a better pipemaker.
