I'd say, show it to a competent person ;) If you can't do that immediately, then glue the broken piece with green cyanolit (crazy glue), it is easy to remove with acetone if the flute deserves a more professionnal repair. Hi flappy. Normally the cork should be easy to remove... So that you can move it at the right place, and wrap it with cigarette paper (for example), if it's too loose, or sand it if it's too tight.
