Olwell Keyed C flute in stained Boxwood for sale - SOLD!!!
I'm considering selling my Olwell keyed C flute in boxwood for reasons unrelated to the flute. The flute is a piece of art and the only one of its kind. Patrick has made 2 keyed C flutes. One in blackwood and this one in stained boxwood. It's simply marvelous, blows like butter with an amazing tone ...

Talk about what a crazed prediction th...

Hi Jem,
Chris had made some headjoints for some of my antique flutes for me and always did a superb job. This looks very nice and should blow great on your Rudall. Enjoy.

Re: Olwell Magic!
Julia, is that a trade offer, a rental proposal or a devious way to distract me in hopes of achieving one of Paul's alluded to efforts to elude my security efforts?
and Paul, you are correct, my back is against the pub walls. No Wild Bill Hickok here!

Re: Olwell Magic!
weight was a consideration, but actually Patrick suggested boxwood, as he wanted to have a go at a keyed C in boxwood. Since I already had one in cocus and one in blackwood, the variety appealed to me..

Olwell Magic!
It happened, it finally happened! For years I called, for years I emailed, yet my Olwell keyed C flute in stained boxwood was ever so elusive. This summer I decided to make a stand and camped in front of Patrick's house waiting patiently for the master to take note of my desperation and despair. It ...

Re: Flatley on Flute
He is an excellent player and an excellent dancer, top notch technical skills and super talented. I have never met him and he may be the nicest guy for all i know, but the reason he riles so many people: His taste is absolute cheesy and his ego is unbearable. It is his ego that has driven his ambiti...
