It’s interesting that Wayne shorter could pack any of the largest theaters here in the U.S. but has filled stadiums in Japan. It the among the saddest testaments about the U.S. You've confused me ... Do you mean he couldn't pack a theatre in the US? His theater & club appearances in the U.S. we...

German silver, not sterling, however it would go nice on the mantel (or the gun rack in your pickup) if you cleaned it up with some denatured alcohol.
Meyer or Nach some of these play very nicely.

In my misspent youth when I lived in Boston in the early 1980’s, I made part of my living by busking in the subway at Park St. Station playing my uilleann practice set and tin whistle and flute. The Green Line platform was a lot quieter to play on but downstairs on the Red L...

This always boggled my mind. Two part harmony. TWO! When you hear the voices isolated it’s very clear, but together with all of the instruments it’s deceivingly lush.
