Hi all.
I've just seen an old wooden flute for sale with a maker's mark with "Bach foreign" stamped on it.
Has anyone heard of that maker?

I know there are several posts etc on fixing cracks...

Is there any reason not to use wood glue?
Or other types of glues or fillers that are easy to work with and clean off?

Hi all I've been looking around for a cheap old "fixer-upper" flute. There are often plenty of them on ebay, auctions, gumtree etc (although they are usually not cheap :-) ). I know that these cheaper flutes are probably poor quality instruments, but they would probably be good to start ex...
