My apologies for not checking in here more often--after starting a thread on.. I haven't been able to keep up harping over the summer--being the primary caregiver to twins :poke: ...and broken nails I did manage to recently pick up a smaller hammered dulcimer, on which I play much of the same repert...

...the standard phosphor bronze set that Triplett provides for this harp.

I live where not many wire harps are available (Western Montana), and yet--there is a Triplett 30 strung with brass that has been for sale in a nearby town. I've been thinking about that! :pint:

Thanks all. Well I'm most inspired by ben's comment--that we only need to avoid puddles and ponds... This is wonderful news--I hate (hate) swabbing. The best horn for me is one that sits ready to play. This flute--I shake the drops out of it, and stick it in a vase so that it stands...disassembling ...
