Excellent set of videos on Patrick O'Hare's site too for Facebook users. He basically details and demonstrates the steps in his book, from staple to tuning in the chanter.

Sorry, images show where I'm at. No other placement of holes other than those I tabulated. If I do get round to this project I'll post the results or pm you. Looks like only you and me left on this thread anyway, despite the 9k views!
