Kevin assures me it's correct. He says:
"First Tune hasn't been recorded by anyone yet. Second one is from Mick O'Brien's first CD 'May Morning Dew' and The Dowry is one of Charlie Lennon's compositions."

Re: Name of these pieces played by K. Crawford & Colin Farre
I already have it!
I asked Kevin Crawford and he was kind enough to answer me. The name of the tunes is:
Paddy Mcmahon's jig / The Moneymusk Fling / The Dowry Reel
Thank you all!

Re: Name of these pieces played by K. Crawford & Colin Farre
Don't know the first one. Know the 2nd but will need to think a bit. I think it's more a "highland" in its original state, but it's throwing me a bit here in that it's being played more as a reel. The reel is "A Parcel Of Land", composed by Charlie Lennon. Thank you very much. P...

Re: Jig on Killarney whistle (youtube)
I do not know what the reason, to me leads me to the video on youtube ... It looks as if you posted the link to edit your clip, and since we don't have that permission it will (fortunately) take us nowhere. Anyway, here's the correct link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4Rqn5y-bO8 You're right, s...

Re: Holifield Low D?
I have one. It's not the same as MK. The mouthpiece is shorter... also the stretch is a bit longer... It's may be just a little quieter than a MK but with more pure tone... Second octave is easy and it doesn't require much air. Very balanced and nice Low whistle! Thanks, fotosled. Do you have an MK...

Re: Bare aluminum MK Pro
Hi all! I thought I would share what I have done with my once flat black MK Pro. Though I loved how it looked it was giving me trouble because it was quite slippery in my hands. I have a polished aluminum Goldie so I knew things could be better. I am pleased how it came out in both looks and improv...
