I just sat in a session with a player who played a Hohner Student model.It has two reeds,fast key board,wet tuned and cut thru the din of fiddles guitars and mandolins.Thats the up side,48 bass is limiting,Store in an attic check it for loose reed blocks and leathers.The heat and extreme temp swings...

I've made this repair several times and got the information from flute makers on this forum.Use a thin white hanky place it over the ring on a flat surface the push the flute into it.Trim the hanky away with a razor.Use an old thin hanky.

Thanks the information is very helpful.It is a Lira Model 20, no sticky keys,It's in a store that sells mainly guitars and string instruments. I'm trying now to find some who plays to check it out.

A local music store has a piano accordion for sale for $150.The name on the box is LIBA.Any advice on what to look for I would appreciated?
